Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
